Improve Your Chess: Exciting Opening and Endgame

Opening: C55: Sicilian Defense - Scotch Gambit

Player(s):

Black falls into a losing opening sacrificial tactic but White, playing too fast, settles for just regaining his sacrificed piece instead of obtaining a winning attack. Then the game settles down into a middlegame where Black has an extra couple pawns but there are opposite colored bishops. Things heat up in the endgame as the active white king helps set up a mating attack. But then, just as Black blunders and allows White's attack to come to fruition, White again plays too fast, misses his big chance, and unceremoniously loses.
