GM Misa Pap - How to beat the Sicilian Sveshnikov - Video 12: Kh8

Opening: B33: Sicilian Sveshnikov

Player(s): Khachiyan, Sevillano, Krueger, Grabowski, Wharrier, Saxena, Anand, Topalov, Azarov, Jacobson, Carlsen

We are approaching the last chapters of this series. In the previous video, GM Misa covered how to get an advantage against the Bg6 move. In the last 2 videos, GM Misa shows us how to handle the "main" Be6 move, with two sublines: Kh8 in the present video and Ra7 in the last video of the series. Today we will see what happens after the Kh8 move. My recommendation is to play Qh5, and then the idea is to play and try to obtain control on the light squares. GM Misa presents us with some excellent examples.
